An Ode to Autumn

Agadir, Morocco

6 - 11 October 2021

"All around you, in every moment,

The world is offering a feast for your senses.

Songs are playing,

Tasty food is on the table,

Fragrances are in the air,

Colours fill the eyes with light.

You who long for union,

Attend this banquet with loving focus."

The Radiance Sutras

As we say goodbye to the lingering light of summer, the leaves begin to turn and the temperature cools, journey to a haven at the foothills of the Atlas mountains on this Ode to Autumn retreat.

What happens when we slow down and disconnect from the hurried pace of daily life and responsibilities? What will you have space to nurture? What might unfold under the quiet energy of the new moon?

The Space

Atlas_Kasbah_Yoga_Shala.jpg

Located on the quiet foothills of the High Atlas Mountains, the kasbah offers a breathtaking space to unwind, and connect with nature herself.

Rooftop terraces with mesmerising panoramic views, a salt-water pool, calming walks, local & sustainable vegetarian meals, optional traditional spa treatments, this space offers a tranquil taste of the Berber way of life rooted in ancient values.

A deeply-connected and healing practise awaits you as we immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. We will practise both in the shala with its views of the stunning argan forest and on the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains.

Feed all the senses with delicious Moroccan cuisine, nutritious meals cooked according to local tradition using locally-sourced, seasonal organic fruits and vegetables.

Cooked with local products such as argan oil, acacia honey, goat's cheese from women’s cooperatives, olives and freshly harvested fruits, wild almonds growing in the Atlas mountains and vegetables grown in a preserved land.

Atlas Kasbah is a committed member of the climate-friendly menu initiative. Providing delicious locally-sourced, seasonal & mostly plant-based cuisine, while supporting the local Berber community. â€‹
